About this site
Source ↗A 8-unit campground in a forested setting along the shores of Silverthorne Lake, near the town of Houston. Notable features include a picnic shelter with wood stove and picnic tables, sandy beach, an island in the middle of the lake, and extensive trails connected to the Morice Mountain Nordic Ski Area. The campsites are spread out along the shoreline. The lake is not a good fishing lake but popular for paddling and swimming.
