Photographs
Every campsite photo on this site is published by BC Parks or Recreation Sites and Trails BC, and is served directly from their own servers rather than copied onto ours. Each photo carries its source on the image itself, naming the individual photographer wherever the publisher records one. We believe this use is permitted under the Open Government Licence, but that licence does not extend to rights the province cannot grant, such as a photographer's own.

A Better Camper is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any of the organisations above. If you hold rights in a photo or a dataset used here and you would rather we did not, tell us and we will remove it. No argument, no process: just ask. The same goes for anything credited wrongly.
