Howard Lake

Located south of Canim Lake, the recreation site on Howard Lake is a popular fishing, boating and camping location. A new large fishing dock installed in the spring of 2015 provides angling opportunities for visitors who don't have access to a boat. Boaters should be aware that power-driven vessels and vessels driven by electrical propulsion are subject to an engine power limit on this lake under the Vessel Operation Restriction Regulations (Transport Canada). The maximum engine power allowed at this lake is 7.45 Kilowatts (10hp).
