About this site
Source ↗A small site close to town with day-use opportunities as well as overnight. There are two halves to the lake to explore. Or, hike the 2.1 km loop trail from the campsite out to the rocky point and back around. Site is part of the Sayward Forest Canoe Route chain of lakes. It includes the start of the 0.8 km portage trail from Twin Lake to Amor Lake. A nice trek to make even if you're not packing a canoe. The portage trail from Mohun Lake ends at the swamp at the east end of Twin Lake.
