Apple Point

Apple Point is located along the Sayward Forest Canoe Route overlooking Brewster Lake. There are two locations for camping separated by large poplar and maple trees. A few sites are located in the shade with a number of sites situated in an open, sunny area.<br><br> This site once housed families living at the old Camp 5 logging camp. A kiosk at the site provides information of what life was like at 'Camp 5' in the 1950's. There are a few apple trees found on site that still produce bright red apples each fall.
